About Sandy D Makeup
When I was a little girl, I used to potter around with a little sketchbook and my pencils drawing everything and everyone. I used to say, “when I grow up, I am going to be an artist.” I never expected this come to true in quite this way but it is far better than I ever imagined.

How it began
I studied business management at university and although I knew this was not my path, it has certainly helped shape my career today. I was always creative and had a huge passion for makeup so from a small town, with big dreams and ambitions, I moved to London in 2009. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, nor an easy journey, it is only through hard work, consistency, and dedication that I bring you my skill set and knowledge to provide you with the best services today.
I started by training and gaining my certification with an IMA foundation, photographic, film, and media make-up diploma from the prestigious London School of Beauty and Makeup. I then went on to work for world-renowned brands, NARS, Laura Mercier, Lancome, and Charlotte Tilbury. During this time I continued to build up my clientele. I have worked with various clients over the years of my career including celebrities such as Amy Jackson, the cast of Made in Chelsea and The Only Way is Essex. I have covered a variety of different sectors within my field including fashion work and worked with designers such as Roksanda Ilincic at London Fashion Week.
However, nothing has satisfied me more than providing a personalised service and working one to one with my clients and brides. Along the way in my career, in 2012, I started providing bridal makeup and hair services. One of my first bookings very early on was for a wedding in Florence, Italy.
Today
Fast forward 15 years later, I have had my work published in the Daily Mail, Khush Wedding Magazine, Hello Greece, Tie the Knot Scotland, and various other online wedding platforms. I have clients based around the world such as New York, Hong Kong, Spain, and Switzerland, and have worked in many countries such as Italy, Greece, Spain and Mexico. I travel globally for bridal bookings and now own my own international makeup and hair agency to provide hair and makeup services to all the wedding party. With my team, there are no limitations and we are more than happy to work with you, no matter the scale of the wedding. I offer my services to all brides, no matter their age or nationality.
